AIMS Localised System

Installing all of aims-desktop pulls codecs, latex, texmaker, scipy, R, Rstudio, Sagemath, Ipython, and more

After opening an internet connection, type the following, one-by-one, in a terminal to configure your computer for the AIMS desktop:

sudo -E apt-add-repository -y ppa:aims/aims-desktop
sudo -E apt-get update
sudo -E apt-get install aims-desktop-setup
sudo -E aims-desktop-setup

Now restart your computer/laptop.
